I can not recommend more highly the quality of the work by all members of the Chart team.
From my initial meeting with Stuart who helped in redesigning the bathroom I felt reassured that my needs and wishes were always put first and that nothing was to much to ask for. Over the next few weeks Stuart made several visits to make sure I was happy with the plans & start time. At no point did i feel under pressure to agree and it was clear that nothing would be to much to ask for.
From day one the team were always punctual and before starting work laid down protective sheeting in the house and before leaving of a night cleaned thoroughly.
Stuart, Charlie, Lee, Chris did a fantastic job and I felt relaxed and comfortable in leaving them in the house of a day whilst I went out.
I am very happy with my finished bathroom which was completed to a very high standard, friends have complemented me on the quality of the work (Particularly the tiling and attention to detail).
